Speaking of updates, the IRS has provided guidance on how to document leave requests to get those tax credits. See questions 44-46 for the details. And what about all that free money from the CARES Act? The SBA lenders are telling us applications for the Paycheck Protection Program will begin April 3, 2020. Here is a sample application. Having said that, the IRS has issued instructions on how to record leave requests in order to receive such tax benefits.
