His work with organizations such as the Marine Biological Laboratory in Woods Hole, The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod, Mount Ida College and Plymouth 400 have provided clients with creative solutions that define unique position, increase market share and achieve bottom-line results through strategic marketing. Steven holds a B.S. in marketing and communications from Bridgewater State University and is a graduate from the Community Leadership Institute. |

Teri Ferreira Keyes, Martha's Vineyard Bank
Secretary Teri is a Branch Manager at Martha’s Vineyard Bank for the Falmouth and Woods Hole locations. She has over 43 years of banking experience. Teri is a graduate of Falmouth High School, attended the School of Financial Studies at Fairfield University and completed the Massachusetts Bankers Commercial Lending program. Prior to returning to Falmouth, Teri was a Board Member of the YMCA in Middleboro, Salvation Army Representative for the Southern Region for Eastern Bank, Co-chaired the Scallop Festival for 5 years for the Cape Cod Canal Chamber of Commerce and was instrumental in creating the first Brain Tumor Support Group at the Doreen Grace Brain Center in Mashpee. Currently Teri is a Board Member for the Cape Cod Apartments Senior Housing, Board Member for the Friends of Falmouth Senior Center, a member of the Steering Committee for Gosnold, Inc. and was a member of the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce as an Ambassador. Born and raised in Falmouth Teri is committed to the Falmouth Community. Teri lives in North Falmouth with her husband, has 3 children and 2 grandchildren. |
Erik Atkinson, The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod
Director Holding a BA in Economics, Erik comes to The Coop with over 15 years of banking, financial services, customer service and sales experience. With a strong focus on customer service, Erik is excited to provide small businesses with all the tools they need to run a successful business. In his role at The Coop, Erik is responsible for leading and coaching branch teams to exceed client expectations. Erik lives in Mashpee with his fiancé, two children and Golden Retriever and enjoys golf and billiards in his free time. |

Deborah Dougherty, Cape Cod Healthcare
Director
Debbie’s professional life focuses on healthcare marketing and philanthropy. She joined Falmouth Hospital in1991 as Director of Marketing and later became Director of Communications for Cape Cod Healthcare after the merger with Cape Cod Hospital in 1996. In 2002, she joined the staff of the Cape Cod Healthcare Foundation and today is the Director of Major Gifts.
Originally from Michigan, Debbie graduated with a B.S. from Boston University. She serves on the boards of Highfield Hall & Gardens and Recovery Without Walls, a charity founded by her husband Bill. The proud parents of two grown daughters, Debbie and Bill live in North Falmouth with their beloved, three legged cat Dexter. They are avid pickle ball players.
Tim Duffany, M. Duffany Builders
Director Tim was born and raised in Falmouth. He and his wife Meg are raising their 3 children, Clara, Coco, and Theo, in Duxbury. With that, Falmouth is very much a part of their community. Tim is operating M Duffany Builders, alongside his brother Todd, with their headquarters in Falmouth. They also try to spend as much time as they can as a family on or near the ocean. Prior to joining the team at M Duffany Builders, Tim started his career building a financial services business, which included co-founding Single Point Partners in Boston. Over the years, Tim has been involved with coaching lacrosse and is a former board member with the Falmouth Historical Society. Tim has a BA in Finance from Bryant University. |
Meghan Faulkner, Falmouth Road Race, Inc.
Director Megan joined the Falmouth Road Race management team as the Health & Fitness Expo Manager in 2012. Having previously worked for New Seabury, Megan holds over 20 years of experience in event planning and business. As a Falmouth native, Megan is actively involved in the community, and enjoys volunteering at her daughters’ former schools through the FPS VIPS program, and with the Falmouth Running Club. Megan’s husband and two daughters also share her love of service and the Falmouth Road Race and are frequent volunteers and runners of the race. |
Michael Kasparian, Falmouth Chamber of Commerce Director Michael moved to Falmouth in 2005, but commuted to his native Providence, Rhode Island where he had held leadership positions in the banking industry for the previous 21 years. In 2008 he joined Cape Cod Healthcare Foundation as a Manager of Donor Relations at Falmouth Hospital. Michael also contributed part-time at the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce until 2014 when he left Cape Cod Healthcare to assume his current position as President & CEO of the Chamber. Michael holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Bryant University and is a graduate of both Rhode Island College and Rhode Island School of Design. He earned a Certificate in Nonprofit Organization Management from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management and served as President of his class. In 2016 he was awarded the Certified Association Executive (CAE) Designation by the American Society of Association Executives. A Certified Antique Appraiser, Michael specializes in American furniture and enjoys building & riding motorcycles, American history, architecture, hiking, and spending time outdoors with his family. |
Chris Langlais, Cape Cod Five Director Christopher D. Langlais is a Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer at Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank. Prior to his career as a Commercial Loan Officer, Chris completed a Financial Leadership Development Program at Raytheon Corporation. Chris earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Boston College and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California. He is a 2015 graduate of the Community Leadership Institute (CLI) of Cape Cod and was awarded the Cape & Plymouth Business ‘40 Under 40’ award in 2016. Chris has had an active role in volunteering on the Cape; including as an Ambassador of the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer of the Falmouth Economic Development & Industrial Corporation and Loan Committee Member of Coastal Community Capital. Chris resides in North Falmouth with his wife and two children and enjoys running in Cape Cod area road races. |

Betsy West, Grace Yoga
Director Betsy West is a singer, entrepreneur, and is the Church Music Director at Waquoit Congregational Church. Born and raised in Florida, she moved to Falmouth in 2017 and quickly got involved with the Chamber of Commerce and the local community. You may have seen her Chamber Member Spotlight interviews on social media or in the Chamber newsletters. As a former Director of Membership with the Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce, she understands the importance of chamber engagement for local businesses and the community. Betsy is married and has two grown children. She has a BA in Music from Florida State University. She sings with the Cape Cod Moonlighters Big Band and a local jazz trio. |
