FALMOUTH CHAMBER OF COMMERCE 2010 CITIZEN OF THE YEAR AWARD
The Outstanding Citizen of the Year should be someone who has made a lasting impact on the Falmouth Community. Join us in nominating residents of Falmouth for recognition and appreciation. The following criteria should be taken into account when nominations are made.
All Entries must be received no later than Friday, April 2, 2010.
1. Nominees must live in the Town of Falmouth and his/her activities should be centered here.
2. Recognition will be given for leadership and performance for work done above and beyond his/her paid profession.
3. The individual recognized does not need to be a member of the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce.
4. There are no requirements or restrictions relating to gender, race, religion or ethnic background.
5. The nominee should have participated in a broad scope of activities over the course of more than one year. This is not an award for a single activity, no matter how well it was executed.
6. The award will not be given posthumously.
