For the past 20 years, Ms. Epstein has provided wine-and-spirits columns to magazines, newspapers and websites in the US and UK. She currently serves as Senior Editor, Wine & Spirits for Intermezzo magazine. Her expertise includes wine and food pairing and history, travel, entertaining, spirits, aperitifs and dessert wines. When she gives her presentation at Highfield Hall, Ms. Epstein will have just returned from a wine tour of Germany and a visit to Portugal where she will study corks.
