Thursday August 7th from 7:00-8:00pm Tara Murphy will be teaching an Open African Dance class. The class is open to everyone and no experience is needed!
This dance class will get your blood pumping and your heart soaring....feel the rhythms and shake what you got! The class emphasizes community, self-expression and the joy of movement! Please wear comfortable clothes, women may wear cloth around their waist. Please bring water.
