In the spirit of the lighting of the Village Green, many Main Street and Queens Buyway shops will remain open until 8 p.m. Before and after the lighting, stroll the street and enjoy the festively decorated shop windows, holiday refreshments and caroling while you get a head start on your holiday shopping.
